安卓手机 OneNote 确实有插入表格的功能：

不过，应该是 Beta 版本。

而安卓平板 OneNote 确实没有插入表格功能。

也就是说，当前的情况是，平板 OneNote 比手机 OneNote 的功能要少很多。
估计还是要等等吧。
