从2024年12月11日开始，OneNote 用户反映：

Windows Office OneNote 无法同步某些分区组、分区。

但在网页端 OneNote 是可以看到这些分区组、分区的。

错误代码是：0xE00009C8 bb0ur


这显然是 2024年，今年第三次微软服务器出现问题。

    我们最近确实收到了一些用户的反馈，称他们在访问 OneNote 时遇到问题，看起来是某些地区的 OneNote 服务访问出现异常。

    试试改用其他网络访问 OneNote，看看问题是否仍然存在，如果仍然无法访问，则问题与您的网络环境无关，而是与 OneNote 服务有关。

    出现这种情况下，要等一段时间了。此类问题可能会在一段时间内得到解决。


    It's important to let you know that we did recently receive feedback from some users that they were experiencing problems accessing OneNote, which does seem to represent an access anomaly in some areas of the OneNote service.

    Try accessing OneNote using a different network to see if the problem persists, if it is still inaccessible, the problem is not related to your network environment but rather to the OneNote service.

    In this case, waiting for a while may help. Such problems may be fixed over a period of time.

    各位，请教一个问题，桌面版的onenote有部分分区组始终不能显示出来，但手机版和网页版，可以正常显示和编写，有什么解决办法吗，谢谢
